The project included developing <strong>custom features<\/strong> on the product page and optimizing filters to make the e-shop more user-friendly and efficient.<\/p>\n<p>Tasks implemented:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creation of a second recommended products section (&#8220;Combine it with&#8221;)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We designed and implemented a new section on the product page titled &#8220;Combine it with,&#8221; allowing customers to see related or complementary products.<\/p>\n<p>This approach:<\/p>\n<p>Enhances <strong>upselling and cross-selling<\/strong><br \/>\nIncreases <strong>the average order<\/strong> value<br \/>\n<strong>Improves <\/strong>the overall <strong>user experience<\/strong> with meaningful recommendations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Addition of multiple product colours with quantity selection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We integrated a feature that allows users to select multiple colours for a product with a single click, setting a separate quantity for each colour. As a result:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The purchasing process is simplified<\/strong> for products with multiple colour options<br \/>\nCustomers gain more control and a <strong>better navigation experience<\/strong><br \/>\nThe e-shop gains smarter <strong>functionality <\/strong>that reduces checkout steps<\/p>\n<p><strong>Linking OpenCart filters with colours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The existing filters of the OpenCart platform were enriched with colour selection functionality. Instead of displaying only text, filters are visually represented with colour buttons, which:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Facilitates <\/strong>product search<br \/>\n<strong>Improves <\/strong>UI\/UX<br \/>\nMakes browsing more<strong> immediate and attractive<\/strong> to users<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outcome<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With these improvements, the e-shop was substantially renewed in terms of user experience and commercial performance.
