Our Solution: Order Manager – Web-Based Custom ERP Sync Tool

We designed Order Manager, a web application that enables easy, accurate, and live order management, specially tailored to each customer’s needs, aiming for maximum operational efficiency. Main Features:

Presentation of orders in a list with fields such as customer name, products, address, etc.
Live inventory updates and product location tracking in the warehouse
Picking checklist to verify order completeness before shipping
Visual marking/colour coding of completed orders
Photo & barcode/unique code per product to avoid shipping errors
Indication of product location within the warehouse
Immediate inventory addition or removal with simultaneous updates in Order Manager & SoftOne
Defined user roles with graded access
